Brief checklist before you send files

A short checklist before upload saves days of clarification emails once the project is already moving.

List every file, source language, and target. Note whether layouts must be preserved and which fonts or scripts you expect in the return package.

Attach an existing glossary if you have one — even a one-page list of product names helps.

Minimum package for a clean start

Add a realistic deadline and who will review on your side. If legal or marketing must sign off, bake that into the timeline.

Include reference links or screenshots for UI and PDFs with complex layout.

Use this checklist once, then reuse it. AfriNative projects move faster when the brief arrives complete.
